and the general good of the institu
tion of Masonry have been matters of

He it Resolved, by Shcdd Lodge,
that while we deeply deplore the loss
of our brother, we bow in humble
submission to the divine wisdom of
Him who rules the Great Lodge of
the Universe.
Resolved, that we deeply and sin
cerely sympathize with the widow and
the entire family of the deceased bro
ther. Resolved. That a page in our record
he dedicated to his memory.
Resolved, That a copy of these res
olutions be transmitted to the widow
of the deceased brother, and a copy
he sent to each of the Albany papers
lor publication.
He it further resolved that our altar
be drnpld in mourning for a period
of thirty days in memory of the departed.
