Gets Harrisburg Contract
W. H. Dalrymple was yestcrdsy
awarded the contract or construc
tion of a SJUUO warehouse for the
Oregon Electric company at Harris
burg. The structure will be of frame
construction. Work on it wilt be
commenced next week and it will be

Ida M. Davenport has commenced
suit against E. B. Mc Kinney to gain
possession of a piano said to be worth
$350. Plaintiff asks the return of the
piano or $350 in cash, and $150 dam
ages, alleged to be suffered as result
of losing a sale of said piano on ac
count of its being indclcndant's pos
session.

A complaint was filed today by Jane
Shaw vs. Mary O. Hawton. et al, to
