that started at Quinby and ended with aw
ful results at Pomeroy last night. At the

of residences are demolished. Nothing
remains but kinoling wood, Two hundred
families are homeless, many having lost
all. Business blocks are badly damaged,
nnd the new postollice, a drug store and
seven churches are completely demolished.
The loss in Poimroy will reach fully S'50,
