Ira Adams, who was re cently arrested here for till-tapplng. and later accidently shot off his left hand, was arrested agoin tnis evening, this time charged with forgery. About six weeks ago he went to Mount Angel and represented himself there to B Oswald as I I Lacy, a traveling scent for J C Brown & Co of Salem, lie said he was short of money, and jot Oswald to cash a check for $10.
