Railway Accident.
New York, June 20. A fatal railway acci
dent occurred at 2 o'clock this morning on the
lialtimore & Ohio railway. Two men were
k i!cd and fourteen injured more or less. The
w.ejk was caused by the breaking of the main
rod on the fireman's si!e. It crashed through

jumped down and crouched tel ind the fireljox.

St Charles, Minn., June 20. A fearfii
hailstorm commenced last evening and extend
ed over five miles southeast through the town
ships of St Charles, Saratoga and Fremont.
Great damage was done to nil kinds of crops.
This storm was immediately followed by the
heaviest rainstorm in years. Many farms that
had already been stopped by hail were washed
of ever-thing moveable.
