EDUCATE THE Clll WlltKN, The writer who gives so .olid a statement regarding cheap labor, sums up the whole matter by stating that "where wages are high the genius of inventors becomes con centrated on the economy of labor. Usu ally, it turns out that highly rewarded lab. or is so much more productive as to make the cost of the production of goods almost the same. This is a fact, as far as paper making is concerned; and I expect it will the same in other manufactures. I will therefore conclude by repeating my opin ion that the best method of obtaining the 'iberal reward of labor is the giving of a good education to children." There is nothing more to add. He has arrived at the onlv solution of the labcr question, and "Educate the Children" will be the war cry of those who desire to bene, gt labor, by rendering it more valuable. Ex. ' D, R.
