Court House in the city of Albauy on Wed
nesday the 5th day of September, 13SS, seal

Wheat in Europe.
London, Aug. 26. Europe will need
more wheat than she can raise this year.
Russia is the only country having a good
yield. The cold wet weather has affected
both the amount and the quality. The es
timated deficiency in France is 1 56,400,000
bushels, In Great Britain 28,000.000 and in
Germany 10,000,000 bushels. India will
exceed the yield of 1887 by 20,000,000 bush
els and Russia by 1 5,000,000. No great de
mand is expected at once, but higher prices
must come. .. . ..

drinking, excited a disturbance, City Mar

at him, one ball inflicting a flesh wound in
