Jacksonville, Aug. 15. The official bulletin to-day shows three new cases of yellow fever, no deaths, and twenty-three under treatment. There have been twenty eight cases here to date, and four t'eaths; on suspicious case and one death at Tampa. The weather is damp and sultry excellent weather for the spread of yellow fever.
