Washington, Aug. 10. The reference of the Chinese immigration bill yesterday to the house committee 011 foreign affairs will not materially dclav the matter, savs Congressman Morrow of California. The senate bill was substantially the same as the one favorably reported bv the commit. tec, and now on the house calendar. There s no question, therefore, in regard to the committees action, nor did he think there was any questidn as to the action of the house. The bill will be passed probably in the early part of next week. Yellow Fever.
