morning of the discovery near
Coquille City yesterday of n foul

was the victim and robbery the
object.

face uncovered a man's foot.
He then went to Coquille City
and told oi his discovery, and a
party returned to the spot and
unearthed the body. It proved
to be the remains of IS. K. Daly,
nnd a bulled hole in the back of
head showed now he met his
death.
It is said that Daly came from
Illackville, Oklo hoinn, nnd had
