STUDS TO STATE MEET
For the first time in the history
of Central Point, this city will be
represented in the semi-pro state
baseball tournament to be held at
Silverton begining July 18th to Aug
ust 4th.
Manager Hoosier Hoffard has as
sembled one of the best semi-pro
teams this section of Oregon has
had for many seasons. The showing
made by the Studs at the state
tournament will prove the strength
of this team as compared to former
good semi-pro ball clubs from
Southern Oregon.
The dates the local team will play
at the tournament will be an-
nounced later.
