Mr. Ed Vincent. Mr.
Humphries
and son Lee each took a car load of
Boy Scouts to the Scout Camp at
Luke of the Woods Sunday.
Mr. Humphriea took a trailer and
the new boat that the Odd Fellows
gave the scouts. When the boys were
informed that the OddFellows voted
to give them a boat they were de-:
lighted beyond words.
Mr. Lewis Swartz was hired to
make the boat. $23 worth of lumber,
besides many other things that go
to make a good boat, was purchased.
When the boys arrived at the Lake
it was to late to register until after
dinner so they unloaded the boat
and took it down to the lake.
Those attending from troop 40
were Homer and Warren Young, Ab
ner Knadler, Bobby Vincent, Hal
Jewett, Mike Thornley, Vernon Hol
