eley where he was vailed by the
death of his father, L. D. Ins-
keep, following a stroke of par­
alysis.
L. D. Inskeep was born in Ho­
mer, Ohio, March 16, 1856, and
for the past 30 years was a mem­
ber of the Oakland public school
system, where he taught up un­
til a few weeks before his death.
He received his education in the
Dennison university of Granville,
Ohio. He is survived by his wife
and two sons, Dr. L. D. Inskeep
o f Medford and Dr. W. D. Ins­
keep of Bakersfield, California.
One sister, Mrs. I. M. Sterling,
who also resides in Medford, sur­
vives him.
Last rites for the deceased man
were held in Oakland today.
