Inskeep was born in Ho mer, Ohio, March 16, 1856, and for the past 30 years was a mem ber of the Oakland public school system, where he taught up un til a few weeks before his death. He received his education in the Dennison university of Granville, Ohio. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Dr. L. D. Inskeep o f Medford and Dr. W. D. Ins keep of Bakersfield, California. One sister, Mrs. I. M. Sterling, who also resides in Medford, sur vives him. Last rites for the deceased man were held in Oakland today.
