B A P T I S T NO TES If one should take the census fo f the non-church going people, f the churches of Ashland would get a shock, another surprise would be the non-goers them selves, for about ninety-eight per cent of them, if they were where they could not attend they at once would be calamity howlers. It’s too easy, maybe that is the reason. The Baptist church is out after the stay-at-homes, let them be ad vised that here at this church you will get good gospel truths, and ever new truths at that, and you will get good wholesome enter tainment. Our music fans are en thusiastic, and are giving us fine treats. Here is a church where you are a stranger but once, come and mingle with a fine bunch o f folks, it will do you good. There is a treat for you in Sunday school next Sunday. Just try it and see how you like it. One thing certain you will feel better. Rev. Dunham works hard all week to give us two good instruc tive and entertaining sermons. He says things that gets right close up to you, and rhakes you think. You can’t deny these things unless you come and bear and see. NOTICE Sunday school, 9:45; commun ion service, 11:00, subject: “ Pre paring for Pentecost 1930.” Christian Endeavor, 6:30 p. m.
