The 12th annual Jackson county
track and field meet, of which Cen­
tral Point high school has been the
winner for the past five succesaive
years, will be held at the fair grounds
Saturday, April 24. Beginning at 9
o’clock, with J. D. Beeson as man­
ager. This meet is known as the
small town and rural. Ten towns
and thirty rural schools will take
part. The two past years it has been
the policy o f the management to
make a small charge at the gate.
This year they wish to announce that
you bring your lunch, hot coffee will
be served at tjie grounds and no
charge be made to the grandstand.
There will be no lunch concession, as
