His answer was, "Why didn’t he tell me? It would have meant so much to me.” Father was among the kindest of | men but o f course it didn’t occur to j him to tell his friend of his love. How many o f us go through life ' failing to do the good we might be- l cause we forget to show our appreci-1 ation. But what is much worse we sometimes speak in company of the faults and failures o f others, which when heard of by the person at tacked, means discouragement and sometimes failure.
