A New Dessert
MtU>a: Soften one-half
tablespoon gelatin in two table
spoons cold water. Beat one cup
heavy cream, add one-fourth cup
sugar, onc-fourth teaspoon vanilla
and one-fourth teaspoon almond ex
tract; add the gelatin. Chill. Chill
eight canned peach halves. Serve
