Mrs. Casper and son George have re
turned to their home in Monroe, Ore.,
after spending several weeks with rela
tives in this community. Mrs. Casper
is a niece to Mr. J. Slagle.
Mrs. W. A. Thompson and baby
daughter have returned home from the
Dow Hospital.
Mr. S. J. Miner left Tnesda.v morn
ing for his home in Kansas. He spent
several months here.
Mr. Andrew Briner and wife visited
with Mr. and Mrs. Slagle on Sunday.
Mrs. E. O. Gregory and daughter of
Chicago, after spending the last ten
days with Mrs. D. W. Stone, have
started on their way home.
Mrs.
Gregory and Mrs. Stone are cousins.
Mr. O. S. Blackford has installed an
electric motor to pump water and run
the milking apparatus.
The Good Roads meeting at the school
house, Saturday night, was not well
attended. The following people ad
dressed the audience: J. A. Wester-
lund, Mrs. C. L. Schiefflein, Mr. Leevcr
o f Central Point, Mr. Stone of Willow
Springs and G. A. Lovegren. After
the meeting coffee and cookies were
served to all present and an enjoyable
hour was spent.
Willow Spaings Parent-Teachers Club
will meet Saturday June 2nd, at 2:30
P. M. at the home of Mrs. Geo. Davis.
