Notice ia hereby given that the un­
dersigned of DeMoss Springs, Sher-
men County, Oregon, residing on bit
rpnch about one m ile east of said
p lace haa on the first day of Febru­
ary, 1920, taken up one brown mare
with white spot in forehead, aged
about four years, weight about 1300
pounds with no visible brand; also,
one dark gray mare with white spot
in forehead, about four years old,
weight about 1300 pounds, no visible
brand; that said above described
mares have bepn on and around my
premises since about Sept. 1, 1919,
that said mares, unless redeemed, w ill
be sold at public auction at the above
ranch on Saturday, February 28th at
the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day.
Dated at DeMoss Springs, Oregon,
this 7th day of February, 1920.
