The first time was January 20th, for three days; caused by snow and ice south ot Kent. The second time was Jan- uary 27th, stuck in a snow drift two miles soutn ot Bourbon. The third time was caused by a freight train wreck January 27th at Celilo, and waiting for connections. The fourth was February 1st. a general tie-up of the main line and the branch by the laat mow storm.
