F.E.Fagan returned the first of the
week from an official visit among
the schools of Rufus, Biggs, and
Sherman. He is well pleased with
the time spent and reports that all
the schools visited had fine school
houses and good equipment. He
was particularly taken with a new
heating system in some of the
schools. Superintendent Fagan
also reposts that atthe Biggs school
the teacher, Miss Fleck, has in
augurated a mid-week literary
society and spelling class composed
of the pupils and patrons of the
district; he said that while eating
lunch at the W olfard Lunch Room
at Biggs his attention was called to
the society by the discussion go

spelling of words and the reason
