to go ahead with plans for a re
appraisal of the real property
in the county, utilizing the ser
vices of local citizens and the ex
pert help provided by the state
tax commission for counties that
want to improve assessments by
reappraissing property in an ef
fort to obtain more equitable as
sessments for tax purposes.

when they met at the school
Monday evening. Curtis Neal, pre
sident, conducted the meeting.
He appointed the following com
mittee chairmen for the year:

gle, hospitality; Mrs. Allen Tom,
ways and means; Ralph Vrana,
program; Les Hascall, publicity.
The chairmen are free to appoint
co-workers. The group will have a
Halloween costume party on the
Friday before that holiday. Mrs.
Bill Macnab was made chairman
with helpers Miss Ignore McNul
ty, Mrs. Gerak ine Overhalse, Mrs.
Bob Morris and Mr. ami Mrs. Cur
tis Neal. The dues of the club
were collected and membership
