The U. S. National Bank mark

If two-thirds of the nation’s
wheat growers who cast ballots
In the referendum vote yes:
1. Marketing quotas will lie
in effect for all farms with more
than 15 acres of wheat for grain.
2. Marketing penalties will ap
ply to all “excess” wheat—that
Is wheat that exceeds Individual
farm allotments.
3. Price support will lie given
to farmers who comply with
wheat acreage allotments—if they
also comply with other crop allot
ments and total acreage allot
ments that might be set up for
