Easter Observed

Mr. and Mrs. Owen Eakin
were hosts at a church party at
their home Friday evening. It
also was a surprise party for Mrs
Bernard Martin who celebrated
her birthday anniversary. Other
guests included Bernard Martin,
Messrs and Mesdames Elton Ea
kin, Vernon Eakin, Mryl Smith
and son Lowell, Marcus Eslinger
and daughters Alice and Rosalie,
Orville Ruggles, Ivan Blagg, Bud
Brlnkert, A. L. Klntner. A social
evening was spent playing games
and group singing. Refreshments
were served later.
Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Andersen
went to White Salmon Monday
to attend the funeral services for
her brother, Walter Wilke, who
died last week in a Los Angeles
hospital.
