Jonvn TUESDAY, J1JNE FIFTH President Wilson has proclaimed the above date when every man between the ages of 21 and 30 years, inclusive, within the limits of the United States MUST reg iBter for the war census. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Even if a man belongs to one of the exempt classes, he nevertheless must register if he is within tho ago limit. The Gov ernment will determine who is to be exempt after its records are comp.ete. Sickness, absence from home or involuntary incarceration will npt bo accepted as an excuse for failure to register on war census day. Those too sick to present them selves for registration will in struct some competent person to apply before June 5 to the county clerk for u registration card and for authority to fill it out. The sick man must make certain that it is mailed to the registrar (war census maVshall) of his own vol ing precinct, in care of the sheriff of his own county. Those registering will be re quired to give only the name they ordinarily use; their age, birth day, , birthplaco, constitutional standing, occupation, name of employer, family relations, mili tary experience and their claims for exemption if any exist.
