of the country will be used during the
sales of Third Liderty loan bouds.
Drawings will be used in a wordless
booklet and a daily cartoon service.
The booklet, containing all of the car
toons, will lie distributed by millions.
It will consist only of drawings. The
cartoons will be divided evenly between
afternoon and morning papers.
