Guernsey Breeders’ Meeting.
T he secretary of the G uernsey Club
announced th a t there w ill be a meeting
of th e G uernsey enthusiasts of the
county next S a tu rd a y , April 14th, a t 1
p m at t he co u rt house. E veryone i n ­
terested in th e developm ent of t-1 1 »*
breed in th e countv is requested to be
present. At th e last m eeting a move
was sta rte d towards getting a carload
of registered stock for the breeders of
th e county. About 35 head
were
spoken for. The main object of this
m eeting is to perfect plans for this
m ovem ent, to set the d a te for tlie trip,
m ake a r r a n g e m e n t for finances, etc. It
has been suggested by some th a t the
tr ip be postponed on account of the war
situation. This is a m a tte r to be d e ­
cided by th e breeders a t tliis meeting.
All who are interested in tb e breed,
w hether th e y wish to buy cuttle or not,
should a tte n d this meeting. There is
room on the inside of the club for every j
