Person stuck in the elevator at the Hallmark Resort. 6:39 p.m. 1200 block of South Hemlock Drive: assistance provid- ed to Seaside Police Department with a felony warrant suspect. During initial contact, suspect fled on foot and was pursued. Suspect was apprehended shortly after and taken into custody. Report by driver of vehicle that intoxicated female passenger was interfering with his ability to operate the vehicle. Female highly intoxicated and agitated. Parties separated. Courtesy ride for female and male passengers to the RV Resort. When passengers obtained possessions from driver’s vehicle, saw bong and marijuana belong- ing to male passenger in plain view. Subject removed the pizza from the ground. May 6 12:35 a.m. Sea Ranch RV Park: call on a disturbance. Report of loud group of campers. Officers contacted group and advised them to quiet down for the night. Group agreed and went to bed. 11:25 p.m. U.S. Highway 101 at milepost 29: driving under the influence of intoxicants. Subject arrested and cited for DUII. Subject had a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.16 percent. May 7 3:06 a.m. 700 block of South Wahanna Road: mental hold by police officer. Assisted with a DUII. After further investigation, officers determined the suspect was a dan- ger to themselves. Suspect was placed into a police officer hold and taken to Providence Seaside Hospital for evaluation.
