it doesn’t freeze in the winter-

approves the site plan for the
library, the public works crew
will move the fountain to the
library’s southwest corner on
city-owned property adjacent to
the sidewalk and hook it up to
water and sewer services, Gras-
sick said. The city will continue
to maintain it, according to the
agreement between the city and
the library.

budget, is likely to cost between
$3,000 and $5,000, he said.
