been in this city for the past
week buying horses to ship to
the California market
Mrs. A. J. Shelton arrived in
this city on Wednesday evening
from her home ih The Dalles to
visit with friends.

and little daughter left on Thurs
day morning for Portland. Mrs.
Thiession will also visit at New
