W. J. Edwards left Monday
morning for Corvallis where he
will join his family. Miss Ed
wards is attending the Oregon
Agricultural College and will
graduate from that institution
next June. The Globe will keep
Mr. Edwards and family posted
on all the happenings in Gilliam
county.

Mrs. Gardner of Prineville,
who has been the guest of Miss
Mamie Smith the past week, re
turned home Wednesday.
J. B. Lester was In the city on
Monday from his ranch in the

S. A. D. Hurt of Huntsville,
Wash., in a letter to this office

Globe for another year as we
want to keep posted on grand
old Gilliam county and the only
way to do it is to take the
Globe."
T. N. Bell writes from Twin
Falls, Idaho, asking that the
Globe be sent to him. Mr. Bell
like many others recognizes the
full value of a newsy publication
coming into his home every week.
Miss Lenore Lawson returned
Monday evening from The Dalles

weeks visiting.

Clyde Cripe, manager of the
Cooke Bros.' ranch, reports that
the two Rotary Harrow Attach
ments for gang plows, which
they bought of Hunt, the Hard
ware Man are doing fine - work
and giving splendid satisfaction.
He advises every farmer to use

R A. Titus of Mikkalo was in
town Tuesday. To the Globe
representative he expressed him
self as being in favor of having
an experimental farm established
in Gilliam county and said. the
farmers should meet and take up
this matter at once..
