The baseball game between
Olex and Arlington which took
place at Arlington last Sunday
was won by Olex by a score of
11 to 2. These teams play at
Olex next Sunday.
A little excitement was caused
Monday evening by the appear
ance of a blaze in the stock room
of the Globe office. The alarm
was turned in and the company
responded gallantly and, although
the fire was out before their ar
rival on the scene, their prompt
action is appreciated. It is im
possible to say how the fire start
ed, however, the loss was small
about $3 worth of paper being
consumed.
