United States circuit court her to
morrow argument will be heard on
the temporary order of Judge Pollock,
enjoining the state board of railroad
commissioners from putting into effect
the new schedule of freight rate. Th
schedule was to have been . effective
en April 1. It Is alleged by the rail
roads that the rates are confiscatory.
