    INTERESTING FflGTS
About; Condon and Gilliam Countu.
Gilliam County has a present population of About 4,000.
Condon has a present population of about GOO.
Gilliam County contains more than 500,(XX acres of tillable
Hnta, le th in o;-thirJ of which is now in cultivation.
Condon is centrally located in the midst of this rich region
and is the permanent county seat of the comity.
f lavo ijou stopped to think
what this means to Condon? It means that the comity when
, fully occupied will furnish homes for 40,000 people, and that
Condon will, in less than five years have a population of 4,000
or more.
Taking theje facts into account and the further fact that
property has advanced 50 per cent during the past year it is
reasonable to conclude that, values will continue to advance
rapidly within the next few years.
