He was rushed up town on a handcar in time to take the 1:39 Tillamook train for th Good Samaritan Hospital, Portland, where his injuries were taken care of. From late reports, he h recovering. K M M M M M A PLOWMAN KILLED Frank Klineman, aged CO years, while plowing a half mile from Forest Grove, was killed in a very peculiar manner. Tlie lines were about his neck, and when the plow struck a root the doubh -trees broke. The team started to run and Klineman was dragged over the implement, from which fie received injuries that caused death a few hours later, th-3 unfortunate man never regaining- con sciousness. George Sloan, and Art. Caplcs, who were close by, took the injured man to town ."or medical aid, but to no avail. The dead man is a native of Ohio, and lived with the Sloan family ;oi Boir.e time. He had no family. Dr. Ira E. Barrett, coroner; went to the Grove today to investigatt th3 death.
