The , place was packed and the program given was by the lower - rooms of the oublic school; consisting'Of music. songs, .recitations, and a drill- Different speakers discussed the building of the- play shed in its various phases and" Dr. Myers gave a-very interesting talk on Medical Inspection in the schools. In spite of the threatening weather, the high school students went to Oreheo last Friday night to a high school party given in their honor. A genuine good time was. enjoyed by all and everyone waB unanimous in de claring Orenco High royal enter tainers. Beaverton High re turned home on the 10d8 p. m electric car, rather early but the last one available. Such parties as these promote a good high, school spirit and we hope there will be more of them' with other Schools. 1 . ; Jacob Richardson visited" school on the day following- Thanks giving.
