Notice to Taxpayen
You are' hereby notified that
second half payment of your tax
will be due, on or before Seitem-
ber 30. 1916.- Beginning October

linquent, and a penalty of 10 per
cent and interest at the rate of
12 per cent per annual will be
added until paid.
Where no part of the tax has
been paid, a penalty of 1 per cent
per month for each calendar
month,, or fraction thereof cumu
