the Frosh Parade be modified," says
the report. "Hazing methods are

of colleges (persisting only in a few
smaller institutions). Upon investi

where in the Northwest do other in
stitutions have a frosh parade where
the paddle is wielded. Nowhere is
"cockiness" of the Freshmen sub
dued before he has a chance to be
'cocky.' The time has come for a
change in attitude toward the fresh
men."
