Geo. W. Dafoo of Detroit Michigan
who spent some time in Bandon and
vicinity last year is expected to return
to Handon in the next few days, and
may decide to locate permanently in
Coos county.
Tho next get together banquet of
the Coos county business men's asso
ciation wil bo held in this city Tues
day evening, Nov. 10. The Presby
terian Ladies' Aid will prepare tho
feed.

sued invitations to a dance to bo held
at Rank Hall on November Ilrd, nnd so

tion of young, unmaried men, around

A. S. Elliott contemplates a business
trip to Portland in the next few days.
Mrs. Elliott plans at the beginning of

Miss Henry, Hnndon's librarian was
visiting the Study Club. The mem
hers were all pleased to see her and
hope to seo her many times in the .fu
ture. Sho expressed herself as pleased
by the studies taken up by the Ladies
of Fir Mount.
Mr. and Mrs. Jones were visiting
Mrs. Tom. Ruckle. Mr. Jones got lost
while picking huckleberries on the
glade, and a search party went to
hunt him up. Hut ho had been found
by Mr. Pesterfielse and directed home

acting in the capacity of Purser for tho Coipiillu Naviga
tion Co. the above named Plaintiff while on his way home
from work, stopped at the Defendant's place of business,
commonly known an "Sid's" and purchased one pair of
gent's shoes, a true copy of tho sole bein(r attached hereto
and forming a part of this complaint.

County, Oregon, and upon thorough investigation finds
