Leep for some time, left Saturday for his home in Portland. With two months of heavy construc tion work contracted for at Bandon, by the Longston Construction Com pany, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Longston find it necessary to remove tempor arily to that city, co that he can bo on the job all tho time. Coquille Sentinel. That the Coquille citizens meant what they said when they asked their council to issue no more liconses to saloons is evidenced by the fact that at the recent city election they voted to increase the tax limit to rnnke up for the revenues lost by saloon liconses.
