WHEREAS in pursuance of a pet
ition for tiie sale of the real estate
filed in the above entitled cause and
Court, the Honorable John F. Hall,
judge thereof did on the 2Gth day of
March, 1914, make an order in ref
erence to the said petition as follows:
It appearing to this court by the
petition of Florence Urquhart, Ee
cutrix, of the last will nnd Testament
of Martha J. Nosier, deceased, filed
in this court praying for an older of
sale of real estate that it is necessary
to sell the real estate belonging to
the said deceased, to pay the claims
against the said estate and the ex
penses of administration thereof,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,
by this court, that all persons inter
ested in the estate of said deceased,
appear before this Court at the Coun
ty Court room at the Court House in
Coquille City, Coos county, Oregon,
on Monday, the 4th day of May, 1914,
at tho hour of one o'clock p. m. of
said day to show cause, if any, why
an order should not ho granted to tho
said Florenco Urquhort ns Executrix
of the estate of Martha J. Nosier,
to sell tho real property described in
said petition ns in said petition pray
ed for, and to-wit: a G-10 interest
in the NWVi of SE& nnd lots G and
7 in section seven, township twenty
eight south of range thirteen west of
tho Willamette Meridian in Coos
county, Oregon, lot three in Block 3
in the Town of Riverton in Coos
county, Oregon. And it is further
ordered that a copy of this order bo
served upon the heirs and devicees
of said deceased in the same manner
ns a summons, that a copy be served
upon the non-residents of this state
by publication for four successive
weeks in a newspaper published in
this county to be chosen by tho ex
