without roads. It is therefore up to
the people to get them.

rancher looses money in the way ol
loss of time, horseflesh and by
breakage when roads are bad and
almost impassible. The few extra
dollars taxes required to make a
good road will be saved almost on
every trip the rancher makes to
market over a good road instead
of a bad one. The ranchers shou Id
co operate with the Commercial
Clubs as well as
with the county
officials to create a public sentiment
which will demand that C<»os county

the ranchers can haul their produce
in all seasons of the year.
