Stir into gelatine
mixture. Pour a little of the g e b -

molds and aet in cool place. Get
the fig# ready; if they seem hard
steam until soft before using. Then
stuff figs with cream Cheese which
has been moistened with cream or
fruit juices. Put a fig in bottom of
each mold with cheese side down.
Arrange grapefruit sections around
the figa. Pour cool gelatine mixture
over the fruit and chill until firm.
Ui.mold and serve on lettuce with
salad dressing.
