by the poison oak itaelf. Relief can
be gained by immersing the affec­
ted part in a solution o f hyposul­
phite o f soda in a live to t«n per
cent solution. If on the face, use
towels dipped in this solution. Ev­
en a mild case should have the
prompt attention o f a physician,
especially if accompanied by fever,
severe pain or headache.
