2 quarts pitted cherries
3 cups pineapple
2 cups diced apples
2 quarts sugar

Put the pineapple through a food
chopper or use crushed, canned
pineapple if preferred. Mix the
fruit with the sugar Let stand over
night. In the morning cook the
mixture until it is thick and clear.
Add the nutmeats. chopped fine.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
Cover with peraffio.
