Halsey High Sends Delegates The Halsey high school will send three delegates to the ninth annual high school conference, to be held at the University of Oregon January 11 and 12. More than 600 delegates, rep­ resenting over 100 of the larger high schools of the state, will attend the event. Special discussion groups will be formed for high school student body officers, editors of annuals and news­ papers, heads of girls' leagues and faculty advisers. Experts in all these fields will give addresses, and much time will be devoted to talking over vaarious problems. Delegates from Halsey are Herman Koontz, president of the student body, Muriel Lake, secretary; and Miss Gladys McCormack, faculty adviser. Officers of the conference, who will preside at the meetings, are Brian Mimnaugh. Portland, president of the student body officers; Estill Phipps, Medford, president Oregon high school press conference, and Anna Steele. Eu­ gene. president of the girls' league of­ ficers.
