Final approval of the agreem ent Is subject to ratification by the associa­ tions of general com m ittees of the w estern territory. Should approval be denied by the employe associations or general com­ m ittees of the w estern territory, the board said, th e dispute would continue to exist and would have to be tre a t­ ed in accordance w ith the law. It was the belief of the board th at th e agreem ent, which under the law cannot be m ade public, will be ac­ ceptable to both sides in the dispute.
