will hold credentials at Kansas City

164 instructed and claimed delegates.
Lowden, in the lead until this week,
has an even 100, Curtis, 23 and Norris
16, with the preference of 66 In doubt.
Of the democrats. Smith is far to

claimed convention votes. Reed of
Missouri has 36 and George of Georgia
28, with 38 in doubt.
Generally it Is agreed that, barring
upsets. Hoover will go into the re
