the border Into C anada, and conquered
the te rrib le Apaches.

W hile a week before th e n ew sp a­
pers and police took th e first th r e a t
as a Joke, serio u s alarm w as occa­
sioned by th e second. A special d etec­
tive detail w as se n t o u t to c a p tu re
