    CHANCE MEAT MARKET.
Christian Church Notea
Some or.e was absent from S S
last week. Was that some one
you? Did you ever stop to think
that the success of an organiza
tion depends upon co-operation ?
Is it ju st the right thing to " k t
George do it” while you go off to
a picnic or some other event not
nearly so im portant as the work
of the church? Mr Absent Mem
ber this means you. But there,
we’ll forget it when we see you
in your place next Lord’s day at
10 sharp to help us study the les
son found in 2 Samuel 6.
A
study in the centralizing of reli
gion.
Following the Bible school
hour our pastor will preach, his
subject being “ The source of our
stre n g th .” This will be a m es
sage of encouragement to all who
have the interest of the church ,
at heart. Make next Sunday j
truly “ the Lord’s day” by giv
ing him your time at the services
of the church.
The C E will meet at the usual
hour preceding the union service
to be held in the Christian church
building, conducted bv Brothu
Clemo at 8 o’clock.
The Endeavor topic is “ Self
Im provem ent.”
Hs 25: 1-12.
Leader, Edith Robnett.
All who have attended the
union services thus far will agree
that they are proving very ben
tficial. The attendance last Sun
day evening was all that one
could desire for a hot evening
and the attention of everyone tc
the sermon was most gratifying
'to those responsible for the sue
cess of these services.
Members, we count upon yoi
to make our work a success anr
ook for you to prove faithful du
ring the coming few weeks that
remain of the summer. Friends
we appreciate your co-operatior
expressed by your a tte n d a n t
and we cordially invite you t<
continue helping in the work
extending to you an invitation t
all of the services.
